Payment & Security:

For Bridal Gowns we either make to measure or sell from stock. If they are made to measure we require four months in total to make your dress. This can be done in a shorter time at the discretion of the owner / manager but you may be required to pay extra for express courier service. It takes approximately 10 to 12 weeks for the dress to arrive, we then call you to make an appointment for your first fitting and use the next few weeks to do any alterations required to make sure the dress is perfect. There is no extra charge for alterations on full price Bridal Gowns.

Bridesmaid dresses, flower girl dresses and ball gowns you can either buy from stock or order. If ordering we require 6 to 8 weeks, you are able to order the style, size and colour of your choice.

As payment we require a 50% deposit , however you can lay your dress with a 30% deposit and continue to pay as you go, although we do the 50% deposit paid before we can place an order. Full payment is required upon collection of your dress or before any alterations are made.

We do hire all dresses at a cost of 60% of the full price of the dress. We can do small, temporary alterations so the dress will need to be close to the correct size.

We accept payment in Mastercard, Visa, cash or on line directly into our bank account.
